Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully – through purchasing a product at Voosh Themes you are stating that you understand and agree with the points outlined below. If any of the following is unclear, please get in touch at support@vooshthemes.com.
1. Theme License
All theme files (including Photoshop source files) are under copyright with Voosh Themes. You are allowed to make any modifications that you desire once you have purchased a theme, but are not allowed to resell or redistribute the themes (modified or unmodified) to another individual or anywhere else.
2. Theme Updates
All themes are tested to ensure that they are compatible with the latest stable release of WordPress – however, it cannot be guaranteed that the themes will always work with older versions. Updates to themes will be made available (if required) as and when new versions of WordPress are released. All theme updates are free to those who have previously purchased the theme.
3. Refunds
As the products sold here at Voosh Themes are digital, no refunds will be given once you have purchased a theme. If you experience any problems with a theme, or any issues with downloading it, get in touch at support@vooshthemes.com for assistance. There is a live demo for each theme sold, so it is your responsibility to check that it works to your satisfaction before purchasing.
4. Support
Purchasing a theme entitles you to free support. However, the support provided relates only to the themes that you have purchased – support is not offered for the installation and configuration of WordPress. Support is also not provided for third-party components (e.g. plugins) that you use to customize your theme.
